What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role in cybersecurity, security analysis, or software QA where I can apply my IT support, network analysis, penetration testing, software testing, and incident ticketing experience.

I'm completing a Computer Science degree at the University of Central Florida while building hands-on experience in IT support, cybersecurity, networking, and software development.

At UCF Foundation, I served as the primary contact for incoming IT support requests, triaged and routed issues, and maintained accurate incident records through a ticketing system.

I'm seeking opportunities in cybersecurity, security analysis, or software QA, bringing experience with Python, SQL, C#, Wireshark, Nmap, Kali Linux, network analysis, penetration testing, and software testing.
