What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level cybersecurity or IT role where I can apply vulnerability assessment, network analysis, technical troubleshooting, and incident documentation skills while continuing to grow in security operations and risk management.

I've supported Spectrum customers by troubleshooting internet, home phone, video, and account issues, documenting resolutions in internal systems, and protecting sensitive customer data. My performance earned Silver Key and Bronze Key awards for customer service excellence.

I bring a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and hands-on lab experience assessing vulnerabilities with OpenVAS, Wireshark, Nmap, Metasploit, and Kali Linux. My background in investigations, risk assessment, incident documentation, and secure system administration helps me analyze threats, communicate clearly, and develop practical remediation recommendations.
