What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build scalable, reproducible bioinformatics and AI-enabled reporting pipelines—partnering with scientists on trustworthy RAG-based systems, strong data validation/QC, and CI/CD-driven engineering that speeds delivery.

I’m a Senior Bioinformatics AI/ML Engineer with 8+ years building production bioinformatics applications and clinical genomics workflows—data pipelines, reproducible scientific software, and AI-assisted engineering workflows. At Tempus AI, I developed RAG workflows that ground AI-generated responses in trusted primer-design rules, genomic references, QC summaries, and report-generation logic, improving consistency for downstream review and reporting.

I also build reliable, scalable data platforms: schema validation, metadata lineage tracking, reconciliation checks, and automated quality controls across thousands of records. Using Python, FastAPI, Django, Docker, and CI/CD—and leveraging Claude Code to automate test creation, refactoring, and pipeline component generation—I modernize fragmented analysis into repeatable systems that reduce repetitive manual effort (40%) and accelerate delivery of production-grade features.
