What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and govern secure, reusable cloud infrastructure and automation platforms where teams can self-serve safely through strong standards, pipelines, and security controls.

I led Maryland Benefits' Enterprise Terraform platform across 70+ AWS repositories, building the Jenkins pipeline that became the sole production write path. I consolidated shared pipeline tooling, integrated security scanning, and resolved 67 destructive resource-replacement issues with zero downtime.

Across Maryland DoIT, Leidos, Lockheed Martin, and military service, I've delivered cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, identity systems, and workflow applications for government environments. I focus on simple, reusable, single-source platforms that reduce duplication, attack surface, and operational risk.
