At Boston Medical Center (BMC), I lead technical efforts and architect secure, scalable Managed File Transfer solutions using GoAnywhere MFT. I define best practices for SFTP, FTPS, and AS2 to support HIPAA-compliant data exchange.
I translate business requirements into workflow automation and technical solutions, working with database and network administrators on IT integration. I also provide Level 3 SME support and mentor junior engineers in MFT operations and best practices.
At Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), I led a team providing AIX support for SAP, from system design through VIO and LPAR builds, Oracle installation, and EMC SAN deployment. I supported over 100 SAP AIX servers and oversaw OS upgrades across 25+ servers.
Earlier, at EDS, I developed ksh scripts to migrate application configurations and data across 300+ store locations. At Care New England, I developed system administration and monitoring scripts and led the development of disaster recovery and business continuity planning documentation.
