What I'm looking for
I am a senior leader with two decades of experience in drug discovery, in‑vitro biology and commercial scientific operations, combining academic excellence with industry delivery.
As a former Royal Society Fellow and academic group leader I led a multidisciplinary team of 25 researchers, published 50 peer‑reviewed papers and secured over £3M in competitive virology funding.
In industry I have owned integrated proposal drafting, budgeting, client engagement and strategic bid defence, while aligning scientific requirements with operational delivery across biology, medchem, DMPK and computational chemistry.
I focus on building capability through mentorship and line management, driving scientific strategy, mitigating programme risk and ensuring high standards in commercial scientific communications.

Owned integrated proposal drafting, budgeting and client presentations, defined project risks and resource plans across disciplines, and led bid defences and internal scientific capability expansion.
Led integrated drug discovery programmes and served as therapeutic area lead for anti-infectives, providing data interpretation, scientific reporting and line management for a team of five scientists.
