What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute my skills in classroom support and administration while delivering excellent customer service. I want a fast-paced, professional environment where my communication, organization, and accurate record-keeping make a real difference.

I’m a dedicated and reliable professional with experience across education support, customer service, retail, security services, and administrative tasks. I’m known for strong communication, organization, and problem-solving, with excellent attention to detail in every environment.

In security roles, I maintained accurate incident reports and documentation, monitored premises, and responded professionally to emergencies and customer inquiries. In retail, I provided prompt service, handled cash and credit payments, resolved customer complaints, and supported store operations through organization and inventory management.

Currently, I’m serving as a Teacher/Classroom Assistant, supporting the lead teacher with daily classroom operations, student support, and safe, inclusive learning. I also assist with administrative duties like filing, record keeping, data entry, photocopying, and computer-based tasks.
