What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a social work role where I can deliver trauma-informed, client-centered care, support youth and families, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and grow within a mission-driven organization.

I’m a compassionate, dedicated Master Social Worker with an extensive history of meeting company goals through consistent, organized practices. I’m energized by client-centered care and eager to contribute my focus on trauma-informed practices, behavioral health, and community-based support services.

At Good Hearts Youth and Family Services in Houston, Texas, I supported foster parents and children on a case-by-case basis by conducting and developing service/care plans for each child. I collaborated with Child Protective Services to ensure children received quality care, and I ensured foster parents used local services that would enhance their foster child’s quality of life.

I also specialized in a caseload where at least 50% of my clients had primary medical needs. I provided training and teaching to oncoming case managers by sharing job aid materials and shadowing house visits and weekly phone contacts, while conducting and scheduling semimonthly house visits and weekly phone contacts to maintain open communication between the case manager, child, and foster parent.

Before that, I worked as a Behavioral Health Provider at MVP Behavioral Health in Las Vegas, where I delivered ongoing client care through crisis de-escalation, connected clients to local services, and provided transportation for appointments and therapy sessions. I bring that same calm, structured approach to collaboration with providers and completing case-by-case tasks with reliability.
