What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a security operations role where I can investigate alerts, analyze endpoint and network evidence, document incidents, and grow through hands-on SOC work and escalation responsibilities.

I've supported systems, devices, user accounts, and connectivity at Francis Logistic LLC, and provided Tier 1 and Tier 2 Windows, broadband, router, and home-network support at AT&T. My work includes resolving TCP/IP, DNS, email, Wi-Fi, VPN, access, hardware, and software issues while documenting outcomes and escalating complex cases.

I'm transitioning into security operations with nine GitHub-documented SOC investigations, including SSH brute-force, endpoint malware alert, Linux log, and Nmap vulnerability-scanning cases. I use Microsoft Defender, Event Viewer, PowerShell, Wireshark, Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, and KQL to triage alerts, correlate evidence, preserve findings, and recommend containment or escalation.
