Politely answer the phone for the customer, look into the account and help with any issue. Understanding transactions on the account, how they was made. Etc using multiple different system to assist with the customer account.

Assure that truck is safe and clean, then drive the truck to warehouse to load up. Find cart bring cart out to truck and begin loading. Once done loading drive safely to destination & begin delivering packages.

Ensure every guest is satisfied and has a wonderful experience. Maintain a clean front end, stock shelves in a fast pace while still remaining safe. Help all guest to check out in a fast but friendly manner.

Ship out packages, maintain a clean and organized area. Clean up around warehouse.

Maintain the entire front end customer service to greet every customer that walked through the door. Also to stock the front end when free, count down my cash register keep the front clean.

Maintain all the cashiers, to count down the cash registers, and to give change when needed. Give outstanding customers service to every single customer.
