What I'm looking for
I’m a Management Assistant working in the Risk and Regulatory Operations department at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Amsterdam. Since May 2025, I’ve supported day-to-day operations by managing complex calendars, coordinating appointments, meetings, and events, and acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Before PwC, I worked as a Legal Assistant at NautaDutilh in the Tax Department (Aug 2022–Aug 2024), where I handled client-facing coordination, maintained client files to meet regulatory standards, prepared and reviewed contracts, and executed invoicing processes to support timely billing and payment collection. I also drafted comprehensive board minutes and supported document-heavy workflows during my time at Intertrust Group as a Workstudent legal (Oct 2021–Jun 2022), including compliance monitoring and client onboarding support.
Earlier, I completed multiple internship roles as a legal administrative services worker (E-Matcher; FinFit) where I managed and organized client files, drafted and processed contracts and invoices, and coordinated scheduling. I’m Dutch (native) with advanced English and Spanish, and I bring an organized, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to detailed administrative and compliance-oriented work.
