I am a mission-driven care management leader with more than 25 years in clinical research and 15 years in hospice and palliative care, combining deep clinical knowledge with operational leadership. I have 7+ years of management experience, including 4+ years in direct supervisory roles guiding interdisciplinary teams.

My expertise includes regulatory compliance, claims resolution and authorization management, and persuasive outreach through branded materials and digital content. I have a proven track record of ensuring organizational compliance while maintaining high quality of care and efficient resolution of authorization and claims disputes.
