What I'm looking for

I’m looking to leverage my data analysis, system modernization, and performance metrics expertise to improve operations and drive measurable value, with opportunities to continue digitizing processes and building dashboards that leadership can act on.

I’m an Administrative Officer with over 10 years of experience in public sector financial management, government process improvement, and digital transformation. I develop integrated datasets, build predictive models, and drive process digitization to improve efficiency and strengthen decision-making.

In my current role with the State of Rhode Island, I create real-time dashboards and predictive models for operational planning and resource allocation. I administer a central fiscal file system, compile and analyze statistical and financial reports, and spearheaded digitization of property management processes—improving lease and claim handling efficiency. I also manage state property damage claims, generating over $2M in recoveries annually.

Previously, I modernized security infrastructure for 40 state agencies and built internal systems to increase departmental efficiency and reporting accuracy. Earlier as a Financial Analyst, I designed financial models for budgeting and forecasting, maintained cash flow tracking and debt service schedules in advanced Excel, and supported compliance through rate case and grant performance reporting.
