I've built and scaled consumer products across social and Web3, including onboarding and retention work for Chingari/Gari, a platform serving 180M+ users.

At Flashback Labs, I diagnosed time-to-value as the key onboarding bottleneck and rebuilt the first-session experience, cutting new-user drop-off 35%. I re-architected onboarding and content sequencing to lift feature adoption 40% and retention 25%, while defining activation, retention, and engagement metrics and running weekly A/B experiments.

At Echofox Design Labs, I owned product strategy and roadmap execution across five consumer applications reaching roughly 250K users. I simplified complex flows for non-crypto users and prioritized core journeys, shortening launch cycles by around 20% and improving cross-functional delivery efficiency by around 30%.

My work also includes research and design for Chingari/Gari, where research with 2,000+ users informed product architecture and design-system improvements. I bring product strategy, discovery, experimentation, user research, and design together to turn behavioral insight into better user experiences.
