I’m a PCA with hands-on experience supporting daily living needs and wound care in long-term and acute settings. I deliver compassionate assistance with ADLs, help manage meals for restricted diets, and support nursing teams with accurate intake/output documentation.

In my current role at Hampton Manor, I perform wound dressing changes under RN direction, recording appearance and pain levels in progress notes. I prepare and serve modified diets per dietary plans, assist with bathing, toileting, and bed linen changes, and monitor intake and output totals each shift while reporting fluid balance discrepancies to nursing staff.

I bring a detail-focused, patient-centered mindset grounded in infection control, empathy, and attention to detail. I also focus on vitals signs monitoring and patient assessment to help ensure safe, supportive care.

Before moving deeper into patient care, I built strong reliability and service standards through housekeeping and cashier/keyholder work. I’m used to staying accurate under pressure, working in teams, and communicating clearly—so I can contribute dependable support to patients and the nurses who guide my work.
