At Cellworks Group, I validate oncology knowledge and biosimulation outputs that support precision medicine. I progressed from Associate Scientist to Scientist R&D-Level II while taking ownership of scientific quality across the oncology knowledge pipeline.

I review experimental and hypothesis-driven evidence on drug mechanisms, gene regulatory networks, signalling pathways, biomarkers, cell lines, and pharmacological parameters. I have designed and scientifically qualified 500+ in silico studies across synthetic lethality, experimental, and hypothesis-driven categories.

I own end-to-end synthetic lethality knowledge development and partnered with engineering to build an organisation-wide tracking platform for model-development status, evidence support, root-cause analysis, and progress dashboards. I also led automation of a documentation workflow, reducing generation time from 2–3 hours to 20–30 seconds.

I investigate model qualification failures, assess biological and mechanistic discrepancies, and feed findings into model refinement. I mentor and onboard junior scientists, maintain scientific review standards, and use Python, ImageJ/Fiji, DepMap CRISPR data, and KEGG pathway annotations for scientific validation and functional genomics analysis.
