I’m a Senior Mechanical Engineer with nearly 9 years of experience in Product Design & Development for industrial machinery, with a focus on NPD and VAVE. I lead design efforts that deliver measurable cost optimizations while protecting technical performance and reliability.
In my current role, I manage a dedicated team of 4 design engineers for global execution of Rotary Screw Compressors and compressor packages. I also directed a Valve Replacement project, identifying alternative vendors for complex configurations and achieving $116K in annual savings, and I led the design and development of the 355 KW Marine compressor package NPD.
I’m energized by cross-functional integration, collaborating with Electrical and Analysis (FEA/CFD) teams to incorporate controller changes and system upgrades for seamless packaging and structural integrity. I’ve also driven release management to manufacturing, and I bring hands-on value work and tool development experience from prior roles, including VAVE and Engineer-to-Order delivery. Alongside engineering, I’m a certified AI trainer on Micro1 as an Autodesk Inventor Expert.

Performed value engineering for marine and industrial compressors, proposing and implementing design changes to reduce cost while maintaining performance. Owned engineering release to manufacturing and managed VAVE initiatives for 400–450 kW marine packages, electrical cabinets, and rotary screw compressor coupling housings.
