What I'm looking for

I want to grow in mechanical product design where I can lead engineering from concept to manufacturing readiness, collaborate across teams, and deliver cost-optimized, standards-compliant designs—while building skills in supply chain logistics and content writing.

I’m a Mechanical Design engineer currently working as a Senior Engineer at Larsen & Toubro, M&M IC, where I lead concept-to-production and major product design development for Impact and Roll Crushers. I build EMR/PR indexes, generate material codes, validate manufacturing drawings, and ensure accurate BOMs through cross-functional coordination—while optimizing designs for innovation, cost efficiency, and IS/DIN standard compliance.

I also bring strong hands-on CAD and refinement experience from roles like an R&D Intern at Haier Appliances, where I developed 3D CAD models in Siemens NX and supported testing and vibration (NVH)-driven design refinement. Earlier, I led a team of 30 in the SAE mBAJA design and styling of a student-built ATV, balancing lightweight engineering, compliance, and performance.
