In my role as a Page Moderator & Advisor on Facebook, I moderated user interactions to ensure respectful community behavior. I responded to user queries, resolved issues efficiently, and helped improve decision-making around community management strategies.

I’m also proactive about engagement—providing suggestions to improve content and strengthen audience connection. I focus on problem-solving through clear communication, fairness, and consistent follow-through.

Now, I’m seeking an entry-level opportunity to apply my communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills while gaining practical business-field experience. I’m a quick learner, able to adapt to different work environments, and eager to keep developing new skills.
