Jaelyn Rivera

I am a motivated and creative Digital Media student with hands-on experience in social media management and client communication. My journey began as a Social Media Manager for The Apopka Museum, where I was responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content across various platforms. This role honed my skills in content creation and taught me the importance of attention to detail in every post.

In addition to my experience in digital media, I also worked as a Dispatcher for Complete Air Solutions. This position allowed me to develop strong communication skills, as I handled service scheduling and provided clear, professional communication with clients via phone and email. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, which further enhances my organizational skills and passion for digital communication.
