I’m a Data Analyst working on enterprise-level process and taxonomy governance. At Bank of America, I led (5000+) process ID and (20K+) change request reconciliation to resolve cross-system discrepancies and keep governance reporting, analytics, and audit readiness accurate.

I own end-to-end metric analytics—definition, validation, forecasting support, and dashboard development—for process reviews and leadership reporting across 450+ processes. I also manage Governance Forum and Office Hours documentation, translating complex, cross-functional discussions into clear, actionable outputs while maintaining an analytics playbook with consistent metric logic, sourcing, assumptions, and reporting standards.

Before this role, I strengthened risk and compliance skills as an intern by updating and standardizing 75+ multi-page global process documents. I also build data-driven models in projects using machine learning and statistical modeling, including Random Forest work and logistics database design with SQL.
