At Bank of America, I build and maintain Power BI dashboards for credit risk and portfolio reporting used by more than 100 business users. I automate recurring reports with SQL, Python, and Power BI, reducing manual reporting effort by approximately eight hours per week.

I’ve also supported healthcare reporting at Optum, analyzing claims, member, provider, and operational data to track performance, reimbursement trends, utilization, and turnaround time. My work includes data cleaning, reconciliation, validation, reusable SQL reporting assets, and dashboard calculations that reflect business rules.

I use SQL, Python, Power BI, and data-quality practices to turn large, complex datasets into reliable reporting and actionable insights. I enjoy collaborating with business and reporting teams to define KPIs, investigate variances, and improve recurring analytical processes.
