Jade Martinez

I’m a psychology graduate focused on clinical psychology, neuropsychology, and criminal justice, with hands-on experience delivering one-on-one support in school settings. In my ESS Paraprofessional role, I adapt instruction for students with learning disabilities and behavioral challenges and help de-escalate classroom disruptions.

I also partner with the lead teacher to create inclusive, supportive learning environments. Beyond academics, I’ve worked as a lifeguard and swim teacher, where I trained in CPR, first aid, and water rescue and delivered individualized instruction for adolescents and young adults with developmental disabilities and emotional regulation challenges.

Right now, I’m also coaching basketball, building personalized training programs and adjusting techniques for different learning styles, including neurodivergent youth, using strengths-based approaches to build confidence and mastery.
