Stood up a full consumer lending Compliance Management System in under 9 months, covering UDAAP, Fair Lending regression testing, HMDA, TILA, RESPA, and state licensing. Passed inaugural NMLS and multi-state examinations with zero findings and managed a multi-state lending license portfolio to support market expansion.

Project-managed enterprise TRID rollout across origination, processing, underwriting, and closing for a top-20 national consumer mortgage lender, delivering on time and under budget. Led compliance engagement for a platform migration within 6 months and improved automated compliance monitoring to significantly reduce post-closing defects.

Led teams of up to 35 compliance professionals supporting a $300B+ consumer mortgage portfolio through the financial crisis and CFPB consent order era. Directed regulatory change management for Dodd-Frank and CFPB requirements, designed enterprise MRA/MRIA remediation and issue-tracking, and supported consumer compliance exams and enforcement-matter responses.
