I'm building AI-powered SaaS, multi-agent systems, and business automation through Leon Gael LLC, serving international clients from Honduras. My production work includes Chilo, a legal AI assistant with strict RAG and court-ready DOCX filings, Forge3 for SAP Business One automation, and Revelia.life.

As Director General of Information Technology at Honduras's Ministry of Finance, I directed 23 mission-critical government systems and managed the national SIAFI financial administration platform. I led Oracle 11g-to-19c, VMware, and SAP BusinessObjects migrations, modernized Oracle Forms applications to APEX, deployed a national SOC, and worked with the World Bank and IMF on public financial management modernization.

Across 30+ years, I've progressed from QA and development through database administration, sales management, and C-level IT leadership. I've modernized financial core systems, designed high-availability databases for millions of citizen records, led cyberattack recovery, and built electoral technology processing data from more than 6,300 records.
