What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an HR or administrative role in a collaborative organization where I can apply my administrative and HR-related skills, improve processes, support teams, and grow professionally through clear responsibilities and mentorship.

I am a recent Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) graduate with hands-on experience in administrative support, student advising, and retail operations. At Lily’s Fashion I managed sales, transactions, bookkeeping, inventory, handled calls and appointments, assisted with reports, and supported hiring and onboarding to improve daily operations.

As a student assistant at UTRGV and Unity Hall I advised students, resolved concerns, maintained records, supported events and help desk operations, and assisted with tech tools; I bring strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and am eager to join an HR or administrative team where I can grow and make a lasting impact.
