As a Quality Analyst at SAMA SOURCE KENYA LIMITED (JAN 2021 - JULY 2024), I inspect work to ensure expected quality standards, monitor production processes against best practices, and give feedback on correcting measures during production steps. I write reports observed during Gemba sessions, conduct Gemba sessions to identify where agents have difficulties, and analyze client feedback to determine validity and the required interventions.

I also contribute by sharing recommendations on recurring and wide-spreading quality gaps that should be addressed through training and refresher training. On a weekly basis, I deliver training/refresher training on the identified quality gaps on the project, helping teams improve accuracy and consistency over time.

Before that, I worked as an Associate and Reviewer (Oct 2019 - Jan 2021), maintaining data work requirements while meeting and sustaining quality thresholds. I collaborated as a REMOTASKS Agent by annotating input data (dropping cuboids), classifying objects into different classes and attributes, and providing feedback to improve the accuracy and quality of deep learning models—backed by my strong learning mindset, including a Samasource training school certificate.
