What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a MEAL role where I can manage data, validate quality, run analysis, and strengthen MEL frameworks—supporting field teams and stakeholders to drive measurable program impact.

I’m a results-driven Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Statistics and about 2 years’ experience in MEAL. I bring strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills across hard-to-reach and multi-cultural environments.

In my roles, I’ve owned data management end-to-end—supporting documentation of TB registers and line lists, preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, and validating data for timely decision-making. I also conduct field visits, update activity trackers and MEL frameworks, and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis.

I’m skilled in building dashboards and supporting evidence-based planning using systems and tools like DHIS2 and KoboCollect, alongside Advanced Excel. I’m motivated by community engagement, mentorship, and continuous learning—translating program data into stronger outputs, improved treatment outcomes, and better indicator performance.
