Tanmay Srinivas

I've taken an autonomous vehicle from a blank sheet to a crowdfunded full-size chassis build, assembling and leading a 10–20 person team while owning funding proposals, resourcing, and vendor sourcing.

When structural and wiring failures threatened milestones, I worked with the mechanical team to redesign the load-bearing structure, triaged critical subsystem issues, and kept parallel workstreams moving. I'm now leading the vehicle's conversion into a fully autonomous platform.

As vice-head and team lead of a 15-member university robotics team, I ran weekly planning, unblocked builders, delivered 5+ parallel projects, and mentored 10+ junior engineers in breaking down ambiguous problems and shipping.

I've also built a Python voice-controlled desktop automation assistant, an autonomous differential-drive robot, and an EMG-based real-time signal processing system. I work primarily in C/C++, am learning Python, and use Git, GitHub, Excel, technical documentation, and cross-functional coordination to move complex projects forward.
