What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end BI projects where I can translate complex business requirements into executive dashboards, reliable analytical systems, and data-driven decisions.

At Sybyl, I lead end-to-end BI delivery for organizations including Rubis Kenya, Harambee DT Sacco, Greenland Fedha, AAR Insurance, and Exim Bank. I turn business requirements into data models, executive dashboards, and reliable reporting systems.

I've built risk, credit and loan performance, finance, marketing, claims, agent performance, branch performance, and WhatsApp banking dashboards using Power BI and Qlik Sense Enterprise. I also serve as a primary BI contact, handling support, enhancements, data corrections, and system maintenance in high-availability environments.

Beyond enterprise BI, I lead data operations for Bringing Smiles Foundation and have developed machine-learning projects in plant disease detection, pneumonia detection, and customer churn prediction. I work across SQL, Python, Power BI, Qlik Sense, and cloud data sources to make data practical and actionable.
