At DEVCOS International, I lead sourcing, supplier qualification, and cost management for more than 20 beauty and wellness brands. I support purchasing decisions alongside Operations, Finance, and Quality Assurance while protecting supply chain integrity.
I segmented a 300-plus supplier network into a preferred list of around 50 vendors, improving qualification efficiency for new product development. I also sourced the supplier partnership behind McoBeauty and secured a Colombia-based packaging alternative during US-China tariff disruption.
Previously, I coordinated product development for Cotton On, Coles, Priceline, and Sally Beauty, taking ranges from concept and sampling through production. My work expanded Priceline Clear Skincare's approved SKU range from three to seven and supported a 363-SKU Sally Beauty pilot.
I began building international sourcing operations as Co-Founder and Sourcing Manager at Intraders and later sourced consumer electronics at V.Z. Technology. Across China, Korea, Taiwan, the USA, LATAM, and Australia, I bring practical supplier negotiation, compliance, and product-development experience.
