I'm leading UX design for Aurora, AT&T’s AI chatbot platform, creating accessible interaction patterns, prototypes, information architecture, and ServiceNow-integrated self-service workflows.
Previously at Bank of America, I led design and research for enterprise payment products across web and mobile, improving content, navigation, task flows, and data-rich dashboard interactions. I partnered across product, engineering, marketing, and cloud teams to deliver accessible experiences aligned with business requirements.
My work with Concentrix supported Cigna Healthcare, Walmart, and Spotify, where I designed responsive web experiences, reusable UI components, and research-driven information architectures. At Ford, I shaped connected vehicle, e-commerce, Salesforce onboarding, and compliance experiences while helping integrate a centralized Figma design system.
I bring 10+ years of product design and UX research experience, grounded in a master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction. I use research, prototyping, design systems, and WCAG accessibility practices to turn complex enterprise workflows into clear, usable digital experiences.
