I bring a foundation in Public Law from Abdelmalek Essaâdi University (French instruction) and I’ve built practical experience in IT support and email operations through work in Tangier. In my internship at Eco Mail Solution Groupe, I supported email and technical operations, created and managed Google Workspace accounts, and helped the team maintain smooth day-to-day mailing infrastructure.

I also strengthened my client-facing and delivery skills through freelance Client Support & Digital Services on Fiverr, where I managed inquiries, revisions, and project updates while coordinating client work professionally. I’m comfortable working remotely, collaborating daily with a team, and improving campaign organization and effectiveness through clear communication and organized execution.
