What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can coach Scrum/Kanban teams, facilitate strong Scrum events, and drive continuous improvement with Product Owners—working in a servant-leader culture that values change management, collaboration, and measurable delivery outcomes.

I’m a Certified Scrum Master and Agile Coach with 6+ years in agile product development and frontend engineering, plus a prior 6-year healthcare career as a medical doctor and manager. I bring a servant-leader mindset to help teams adopt an agile approach that actually sticks.

I coach agile teams on Scrum and Kanban practices, facilitate Scrum events, and guide continuous improvement through retrospectives and team health checks. I’ve led distributed teams, improved delivery cadence, and strengthened collaboration between Scrum teams and Product Owners to improve backlog outcomes.

My background also includes building user interfaces with React and JavaScript, transitioning teams from waterfall to agile, and managing technical debt while coaching junior developers. I’m a recognized public speaker and have earned multiple Scrum.org, SAFe, and agile coaching certifications to support effective change management and leadership development.
