I've delivered credit-risk and financial-analysis work for Crédit Agricole, BNP Paribas, HSBC, CNP Assurances, and Crédit Agricole CIB through Nexialog Consulting. My work spans IFRS9 ECL production and review, PD and LGD term structures, SICR, forward-looking scenarios, structured-credit correlation modelling, and prudent valuation.
At Crédit Agricole, I owned DAFNE, the Group-wide financial analysis and rating platform, translating rating processes into business requirements, functional specifications, qualification strategies, and test plans. I then coordinated entity migrations, UAT, cutover schedules, dry runs, and go-lives across Group entities in France and internationally.
I'm a CAPM-certified risk engineer who works comfortably between business and IT in Agile delivery. I also manage and coach consultants, contribute to project-management offerings, and can work in French, English, and Arabic.
