At STB Bank, I built an evaluation harness for a production RAG assistant, using RAGAS to measure answer quality and surface retrieval failure modes before deployment. I also designed an agentic banking assistant that resolved customer queries or escalated them to human agents.
At STB Bank, I fine-tuned XLM-RoBERTa for multilingual ticket classification and engineered a retrieval and inference stack with ChromaDB, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL. At SUNEVIT, I deployed a real-time facial recognition and driver fatigue detection system on a Raspberry Pi 4 and integrated it with a mobile application for automatic seat adjustment.
