I'm managing end-to-end recruitment at ICONMA for US and Canadian clients, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer closure, and onboarding.

I conduct screening calls to assess technical skills, experience, and role fit, while coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers across time zones.

My work includes building talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal ATS databases, while maintaining candidate records and tracking recruitment progress.

I also bring a technical foundation in cloud computing and AI tools, including building an AI Travel Companion with Gemini API and Firebase during my artificial intelligence internship and project work.
