At Government Model High School Pocket no.1 Manimajra Chandigarh, I provide counselling and psychoeducation to students addressing academic, personal, emotional, and behavioural concerns.
At Civil Hospital, Panchkula, I conducted case history interviews, psychological assessments, and counselling sessions in the psychiatry and De-addiction ward. I also supported patients and families with counselling and psychoeducation, and assisted the multidisciplinary team in patient care and rehabilitation.
At Chaandtara, I conducted employee well-being assessments, workshops, and regular check-ins. I monitored task progress and addressed concerns affecting performance.
My school counselling experience includes supporting students with autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities at St John's High School, Sector 26 Chandigarh. Earlier, as a Psychology Intern at Dissability Assessment Rehabilitation,Triage (DART) & MHI, I assisted with patient therapy, counselling sessions, workshops, and structured activities.
