What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create research-led digital products where I can connect product outcomes, usability, growth, and cross-cultural user needs through close collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

I've led end-to-end product design at K-ONDA, translating a Korean cultural product for Latin American audiences through user research, data analysis, prototyping, and usability testing.

For the City of Ansan IC-PBL Project, I designed a mobile app from flows and wireframes to a navigable Figma prototype, facilitated workshops, and improved 30-day user retention by 78% through field testing with real users.

I've also shaped UX research, information architecture, interfaces, and agile client presentations for Anchor of Memories at Hanyang University. I bring experience across interaction design, design systems, growth design, and research, with cultural fluency across Korea and Latin America.
