What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex international commercial, licensing, and digital-regulation work, partnering closely with senior business stakeholders to structure strategic deals, manage risk, and build scalable legal processes.

At Amazon Music, I lead negotiation, drafting, and execution of international commercial and licensing agreements across the EU, UK, and APAC. I also serve as lead counsel for EU digital regulation implementation, including the DSA, DMA, and AI Act.

Previously, I was lead in-house counsel for Amazon Marketplace in DACH, advising senior commercial stakeholders on marketplace agreements, consumer protection, competition law, pricing, and platform governance. At HUGO BOSS, I supported e-commerce, marketing, sales, brand communication, and product development through pragmatic legal solutions for digital growth.

My experience also includes advising international clients at Eversheds Sutherland and Pinsent Masons, as well as supporting a U.S.-based biotech company expanding in Europe. I build scalable contract processes, manage cross-border risk, and help business teams structure strategic partnerships.
