At Snappy Gifts, I own marketplace planning, forecasting, and performance strategy for a dropship gifting marketplace. I optimized Q4 gross margin across 37 enterprise campaigns, delivering more than $220K in incremental gross margin across $8.1M in optimized gift sales.
I also co-led a company-wide catalog restructure with Product and Engineering, and continuously improve the product scoring algorithm with the Data team. I built the team’s reporting infrastructure, including Excel models and a Tableau dashboard, to inform margin strategy and business decisions.
At JoAnn Stores Inc, I led merchandise planning for the Basic Sewing Division, responsible for approximately $600M in annual sales, and managed replenishment across 850 stores. I led monthly Open-to-Buy and forecast reviews, aligned JDA Demand Fulfillment forecasts with merchandise plans, and worked with vendors on inventory requirements and supply risks.
Earlier, at Coach, I owned merchandise planning, forecasting, buying, and inventory strategy for Women’s Footwear and previously RTW and Soft Accessories. At Ross Stores, I developed region- and store-level plans for Boys’ 2-7 sportswear and implemented a North Florida growth strategy that resulted in 20% comparable growth across two quarters.
