I’m a junior IT professional with hands-on experience in technical support, backend operations, and system monitoring in enterprise environments. I focus on keeping data flow continuous across middleware platforms and resolving issues fast, especially in distributed systems with real-time constraints.

In my current role, I monitor and maintain middleware systems (Pharmacy Service Bus) running on IBMAIX, perform real-time message queue monitoring, and analyze system logs and incidents using Splunk and Dynatrace dashboards. I investigate threshold-triggered incidents (like memory usage and queue delays), manage incidents through ServiceNow, and execute backend operations via Linux/AIX command line for log inspection, queue management, and backups.

I also strengthen reliability through SQL validation (SQL Developer) and database queries (SQL Server), while managing secure access and permissions in Active Directory. I’m proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement—meeting response and resolution metrics while enhancing system stability and performance.
