What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute research, documentation, and reliable support to a remote team working in AI automation or business operations, while building practical familiarity with automation tools.

Through NOVATRA, my business growth and AI solutions project, I analyse business processes and online customer journeys to identify gaps in lead management, customer follow-up, and sales processes. I prepare practical recommendations and plan AI-assisted workflow concepts aimed at reducing repetitive work.

In my AI automation learning projects, I’ve explored how n8n, Make, Zapier, and AI tools could support workflows such as capturing leads, sending email notifications, and recording information in Google Sheets. I’ve also worked on graphic design concepts and website improvement tasks for online businesses.
