I’m an RPA / Backend Automation Developer with 4+ years of experience designing, delivering, and supporting automation solutions using UiPath across banking, insurance, and energy.

At Softbotic (Remote), I’ve built automations for business-critical workflows like bank reconciliation (reducing execution time by 60–80% and eliminating manual errors) and insurance policy and reimbursement processing (handling 1,000+ transactions/month). I also process and transform structured data using SQL, JSON, and XML while focusing on stability and performance.

I integrate automation with REST APIs and OAuth2-secured services, using UiPath Orchestrator for secure queue item submission and file operations. I’ve also implemented webhook-based, event-driven integrations to trigger real-time process execution from external case-management platforms.

Recently, I took on team lead responsibilities on an AI-agent automation project, organizing team tasks and reviewing outputs/test results. I built OCR/ML-based document classification and an AI-powered document extraction system for automated insurance policy issuance using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and structured JSON outputs with confidence scoring and multi-source field validation.
