Most recently, at Kat’s & Co (Web3 Solutions), I designed and maintained backend infrastructure handling 1,000+ monthly on-chain interactions with a 99% transaction success rate. I built and deployed scalable Web3 services and smart contracts, eliminating 70% of manual processing overhead, while collaborating closely with product and frontend teams to ship reliable outcomes.

Earlier, as a Freelance Backend Engineer, I built Go and Node.js microservices and RESTful APIs serving 2,000+ users, improving response times by 35%. I optimized database queries and backend performance—reducing latency by 30% and error rates by 25%—and maintained PostgreSQL and SQLite-backed services with a strong emphasis on reliability and data integrity.

On projects, I apply the same production mindset: ProTask API (NestJS, PostgreSQL, Prisma, JWT, BullMQ, Redis, Docker) uses multi-tenant design with full RBAC, activity logging, pagination, filtering, and rate limiting. PayFlow API implements Paystack integration, webhook handling with idempotent processing, and subscription lifecycle management driven by BullMQ job workflows—because reliability is a non-negotiable feature.
