I’m looking for a senior humanitarian leadership role coordinating emergency and nexus multisector programs—managing donor portfolios, strengthening CHS/Sphere quality and accountability, and leading risk-aware access, representation, and rapid response in insecure contexts.

I’m a Senior Humanitarian Program Manager with 14+ years of experience leading emergency and nexus programs in complex and insecure contexts across the Sahel. I coordinate multi-sector responses across WASH, Food Security, Protection, and Livelihoods—always with strong program quality and accountability.

At CARE International in Niger/Burkina Faso, I lead coordination and oversight of 8+ emergency and nexus multisector projects across multiple regions, including CVA projects. I manage multi-million USD donor portfolios (ECHO, EU, UNHCR, UNICEF, DANIDA), deliver budget monitoring and narrative reporting, and ensure compliance with humanitarian standards (CHS, Sphere).

I’m also known for rapid response readiness and risk-aware coordination: I drive emergency preparedness, response planning, needs assessments, and Rapid Gender Analysis, and I support capitalization and after-action reviews (AAR). I strengthen humanitarian access and security risk management through approaches aligned with HEAT and SRT, while representing CARE in internal and external coordination with clusters, governments, donors, and INGOs.

Before my current role, I served as an Area Manager at Humanity & Inclusion in Niger, supervising multidisciplinary teams and managing consortium programs with a focus on quality assurance and supervision. Earlier, as a Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist at LUXDEV and through senior roles at CARE during the Boko Haram crisis, I built MEAL systems, strengthened partner capacity, and improved learning and performance—so teams can respond faster, safer, and better.
