At ECEWS – USAID Funded ACE-5 Project, I support financial oversight and compliance for a portfolio of 14+ sub-recipients. I review budgets, expenditure reports, and liquidation documents, and follow up on corrective actions; this work contributed to a 40% reduction in audit queries.

Previously, as Head, Internal Audit at WAEC – West African Examinations Council, I designed and implemented a budget slip system that reduced budget variances by 35%. Across my audit roles, I’ve prepared financial statements and reconciliations, supported compliance reviews, and delivered quarterly financial compliance training to more than 70 sub-recipient staff.
