Seeking a leadership role in operations or logistics where I can leverage my experience in team management and process optimization to drive organizational growth and efficiency.

With over 13 years of experience in operations and warehouse management, I have developed a strong background in leading teams and optimizing processes. My most recent role as Operations Manager at Alorica from 2009 to 2022 has equipped me with the skills to manage large-scale operations effectively.

Prior to that, I served as Warehouse Manager at El Ceramicón S.A. from 2005 to 2009, where I honed my abilities in inventory management and team coordination. My academic background includes a Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala and a degree in computer science from Colegio en Computación Blaise Pascal.
