I'm leading laser welding process development and commissioning for EV battery packs and modules at Tesla Automation. I execute FAT, troubleshoot welding lines, implement LWM and Blackbird monitoring, and optimize parameters through structured experiments, MSA, and DoE.
Previously at Varta, I developed micro-battery assembly processes spanning laser welding, engraving, and adhesive bonding, while qualifying equipment and validating process capability. At TDK Sensors, I managed wire bonding, adhesive bonding, and plasma cleaning for MEMS sensor production and led statistical studies for critical assembly processes.
My background also includes MEMS fabrication, semiconductor process engineering, and LED process engineering at MITRANZ, Infineon, and OSRAM. I bring a Master's in Microtechnology & Nanostructures and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training to precision-driven manufacturing work.
