At IrisWorks, I analyse and simplify processes, then deliver automation using AI, Excel, Airtable and Microsoft Power Tools. I also hand over systems and train people to use them.
At Karel de Grote University of Applied Sciences, I teach digital workplace tools and coordinate, manage programmes ad interim, and counsel students. I automate processes, maintain SharePoint structures, and support staff and students.
My work at Karel de Grote University of Applied Sciences also includes curriculum development, quality assurance, internal communication and translating between Dutch and English. I assess credit transfer requests by comparing education systems, levels and learning outcomes.
Earlier, I worked in communication roles at City of Antwerp — City Archives (Felixarchief), Thomas More University of Applied Sciences and AP University of Applied Sciences. I developed communication materials and supported website management, alongside earlier freelance journalism, proofreading and database work in the fashion and media sector.
